Avoid this place at all costs!! The moment you walk in, you’re hit with a smell that’s reminiscent of week-old cat litter—and unfortunately, the customer service matches the odor. I just got back from Jack's and I want share a really good, No nonsense, experience. I have a Ford Transit connect, 2010, and last night someone busted my window and stole some tools. My insurance company couldn't get anywhere to make an appointment for me until 3 days from now. Very poor customer service. The man answering the phone was rude and unhelpful, and unprofessional both times I called. Looking at the other reviews, this guy has been a regular issue for customers for a while.Trip7 is much kinder and more professional. I would take your business there instead. Don’t bother with these jerks
