A storm knocked out the fan blower and thermostat on a two year old unit and thermostat that was installed by Jacks. They came to diagnose it and all parts were covered under warranty. They said they ordered the part but never could give an answer on when it would arrive. After a week in late June in 100 degree temps, we called another company that was able to order the part and have it installed in two days. I would not recommend Jacks Air Conditioning and Heating to anyone for installation or repair.
We recently contracted Jack's to install a inside and outside heating and air conditioning unit in July 2018. The first problem started when installing the inside unit, the installers openly talked about they had brought a wrong part the correct part was at the shop but "they would make it work" another problem the inside unit was installed over an opening that wasn't cut large enough after we pointed this out to them they said that they would have to take out the inside unit and cut out the opening.
