Michelle is so sweet when we order. Everything is clean. Everyone is busy and very professional. Food is ALWAYS hot, fresh and delicious. Love watching the biscuit maker work every morning with a smile!!
Arrived ten minutes before close tried to order several different things they said they can cook anything they it’s only 10 minutes to close I had to order what they had available already cooked what happened to working and serving the menu until you shut the door they definitely had easily 75-100 tenders cooked knowing they wasn’t gonna serve all that before closing Jacks you are loosing customers and loosing money on food waste or food theft by your employees
That crew that was on at 6:45 PM 9/19/25 deserves a raise! That was the best 4 cheeseburgers I ever ate in my life! Good job!!
