Jack's never disappoints! Wish there was one in Mobile.
Normally I enjoy jacks, but when my husband and I sat in the drive through for almost an hour waitin I doubt I will be back. We pulled up, ordered our food and then pulled around to pay. There was ONE car ahead of us. He had to get out of his car and go in to get his food. In the forty minutes we sat at the window AFTER ordering not once did and employee acknowledge us to take payment, tell us when our food would be ready, apologize or anything so my husband decided we would just leave and order food elsewhere.
