I frequent Jack's, visiting restaurants in several different locations. This one rates pretty low if not the lowest I've seen. While the food was good there were some issues with restaurant cleanliness. The restrooms needed a lot of attention, it was clear they had not been cleaned in awhile despite employees using them and turning a blind eye to the problem. I do like mash potato
Slow service, filthy dining area and bathroom, food was lukewarm, and they were out of many condiments.
This is my favorite Jack's. I come here at least once a week, and everyone is always super friendly. I have never seen any of the employees give attitude, even when there's a rude customer. 10/10 recommendation.
