We go to this jacks all the time and I've always had amazing interactions with the staff and the food is great. They have always been so so sweet. Lately its been the opposite....and I hate it. Even at the speaker this one lady is snippy and rude. At the window its the same and they are just so rude even when we are trying to be nice? It's usually this one lady, if we get anyone else they are so sweet. It really sucks because we frequent here so much and seems like we always end up having her and it's never good.
