AVOID THIS LOCATION! Consistently the worst Jack's location in the South!! If they tell you to pull up and wait for chicken fingers, it's only so they can forget about you and have you wait out there for an exorbitant amount of time. Ask for no onions on double cheeseburger only to be told it doesn't even come with onions but then you get home and you just have diced onions between two buns. Constantly having flies around. Tables dirty and not wiped down. Floors dirty!
Food was great but the parking lot was full of trash
I had a great experience at Jack’s in Mount Olive! Michelle, Janice, and Ann were absolutely wonderful—each of them went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Their kindness, smiles, and exceptional customer service made my visit stand out. It’s rare to come across a team that makes you feel so welcomed and appreciated.
