What an absolutely horrendous experience with this particular Jack's today. I pulled into the drive-thru and ordered two three-piece meals - just like the picture - and two grilled chicken sandwiches. Nearly 20 minutes later and, having paid over $30, I am still waiting in the hot sun for my food!! My Wife went here today to order 2 two piece chicken dinners in the drive thru.First a female employee came to the intercom with an apparent attitude to take the order. Then as my wife was giving the order she said “hold on” this happened twice. One of the sides that we wanted wasn’t ready. At the point my wife decided to leave but not before wanting-to get corporate’s number. Because of the terrible attitude the employee had. I ordered a 4 piece #7 combo They gave me a #4 combo so I handed it back. Mistakes are ok but they were in there bitching behind the damn counter with a damn attitudes. All need to be fired, I left
