I had a major problem with a coupon and honestly, I feel like it was with the app. Manager Sharonda(sp) was phenomenal in resolving the issue and was so kind to me. I will be stopping there every time I go through Greenwood.
Jack’s should be overly, ecstatic to have one of the managers, Lashonda Watkins, a part of their team leading the store. She is always welcoming, attentive and friendly. I remember her from another restaurant I used to frequent and her personality is just the same. If there are ever any issues, Lashonda quickly address and correct them with a smile and many apologies. Have went there twice and they didn't have all my order in the bag and when trying to call no answer several times on 2 different occasions
Great spot for a quick and satisfying meal. The food was fresh, the portions were good, and the service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, and the staff created a welcoming atmosphere. Excellent value for the price and a dependable place to eat when you’re in the area!
