They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Especially since I always need extra shots of the numb stuff. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. The thought of going to the dentist can be nerve-racking and uncomfortable, Dr McLean and her staff have a way of putting you at ease. I like the way the hygienist will explain the teeth cleaning process and give tips on how to brush and floss properly. From the X-rays to resetting a crown, my experience here has been extremely satisfying.
