First time there last sunday. It's obvious the workers do not like new people. When the caller was playing the pull tabl game 37 horses with a bingo game, when someone called bingo she cut the machine off all the balls dropped back down, she was not done with the horse game. SOme player's were taking a table to themsleves and even though they are allowed only soo many they would not make them share a table. Very rude and unprofessional on Sunday nights.

Went there on a Friday night, was cased for one number to find out that they didn’t drop the balls from the last game so my number was not even in the machine. It was a 1000.00 cover all. They wouldn’t do anything to fix this problem! I will never go back there on a Friday night again. The date was 12-20-19. It is the Waco Fire Department that runs it on Friday, so don’t waste your money to go on their nights.

Just drove and hour to come play bingo here, they don't even have enough tables and chairs to accommodate the building size and crowd turnout. Will NEVER be back. Had to leave, staff wouldn't even help accommodate to get people to move closer to help find seating. Unprofessional.
