Excellent attention, my wedding dress was just magnificent!
It was the end of a long day, my MOH and future MIL had tried on dress after dress-we just couldn't find the "right one". We were leaving another bridal salon and as we walked to the car I said lets just pop in here and look. We were greeted immediately. Giulia pulled three tea-length dresses. As SOON as I put the first one on I knew it was "the dress" It is my perfect dress I can't wait to wear it as I walk down the aisle. I cannot say enough good things about this shop or the lovely women who run it. Thank You!
We just left Jackie's bridal....we walked in without an appointment and Jackie was wonderful! We described what we were looking for and she brought out two brides dresses and the bride found her dress!! Then the bridesmaids were next....she allowed us to look at dresses and then when we found an amazing dress that looked amazing on everyone, literally!!! Jackie was friendly and she was so helpful since we had a specific color we were looking for.....yep we found our dress!!!

Horrible customer service. Talked poorly about previous customers and other shops. Criticized me for my dress preferences as well as wedding choice style.
I walked in after driving by and going into many bridal salons in which I was very disappointed. As soon as I walked in I was in love with nearly every dress just wasn't sure if they were within my budget. I described what I was looking for, she brought out 3 dresses....I liked them all....but loved the maggie sottero gown I tried on the most. As soon as I left I read the reviews, and was skeptical.
