Found the perfect dress for our daughter's quince, she looked beautiful. Amazing personnel, helpfull with the whole process; truly made our daughter feel like the dress was meant for her. Looking forward to doing business with them again. Thank you!

The dress was beautiful! Once the alterations began is when things got messy. I was constantly confused with another bride who had purchased the same dress and had a destination wedding as well, and instead of them acknowledging they attempted to brush it off. I left in tears two weeks prior to pick up as I did not want to go back! One of my bridesmaids dress had one cup higher than the other one after the her introduction she took the dress off as it was embressing and uncomfortable!

They made wedding dress shopping so easy and so FUN! I cannot say how happy I am that I ended up at jackie's Bridal for my dress. Even though it is out of the way for me, it is well worth every second commuting for fittings, etc! They are friendly, helpful, and were able to pick up on what I was looking for and pick the perfect dress that is everything I knew (and didn't know) I wanted!
