If you are a commercial driver, owner-operator, or a new trucking startup, RUN AWAY from Jackie’s Auto Registration. Do not trust them with your livelihood. I came here for a critical commercial weight correction for my truck. The dealership emailed Daniel the the exact 21-001 Declaration form clearly stating my truck needed to be registered at 26,000 lbs. We have just experienced the worst situation that I do not want to ever happen to you or your company, this company changed its address from Santa Ana to the city of Corona, and they never notified this change to the DOT for our company, since June of the year After the DOT sent important notifications to carry out an audit, and we were never notified, Mrs. Jackie argues that they collected mail daily at the old address but never saw our letters.
