We have just experienced the worst situation that I do not want to ever happen to you or your company, this company changed its address from Santa Ana to the city of Corona, and they never notified this change to the DOT for our company, since June of the year After the DOT sent important notifications to carry out an audit, and we were never notified, Mrs. Jackie argues that they collected mail daily at the old address but never saw our letters. They are great! Took 2 trips because I didn't have correct paperwork but they really helped make sure I got everything right.
Yeah, the attitude has changed quite a bit since they are moving to Corona, have to find another place to get our registration done.
Staff is professional, polite and knowledgeable. If your time is valuable and your wallet allows it, coming here saved me from a nightmare at the DMV.. the vehicle is a 1950 out of state and title needed transferring, 20 mins and $ 50 fee got me what I needed without worrying about who and what mood agent I was gonna have to deal with at our awsome DMV. Thank you Ladies.
