🚩🚩🚩🚩Red Flags...RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give no stars I would! Pat Harsley is so unprofessional and rude. From day 1, I rented from the company she have lied. They did not keep up the property, and they have very poor communication skills. PAT HARSLEY tried not to return my deposit. PAT told me my check was in the mail when she never sent it out. I was assisted with Agent Cynthia to find a rental home and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish . She had awesome communication, was able to accommodate my crazy work schedule for viewings , and kept me abreast of every step of the way. I am so grateful of her help, my husband and I were able to find a home in two weeks time. She went out of her way to help us find a home and it showed through her work ethic and genuine love of the work she does . Thank you !!!!

I did not have a good experience with this company! I recently got behind and made arrangements and I was still evicted! This company did not take time to fix things right and always cut corners when it came down to keeping the property up to date! Company would not replace old refrigerator that would not close properly. Bathrooms showed signs of mold and company only painted over it. Do not trust this company

Dishonest, incompetent, and completely unprofessional. Need your fence fixed? Might as well pay 2 crackheads up the street cause that's what you'll get anyways but you'll have to wait 3 months first. We were told 2 days before our lease renewed that our landlord decided to sell so we had 30 days to vacate. When we attempted to contact the landlord to try and change his mind, they insisted on being the go between. Why? So they could use a fabricated email to generate a fake response. How do I know this? This agency was not very honest in the way they conduct business. I was told on numerous occasions that I would receive contact in regards to a same day submitted application. Instead they NEVER called within 8 days of submitting, I called about 10 times in between, and then when I finally got tired of waiting they answered that someone else has secured the property. Business is business so I'm not upset that an amazing individual secured the property, but integrity and communication plays a key role in business.
