Very customer focused and cares for her customers
We’ve been with Jackie Sclair State Farm Insurance for about the past 20 years or so and luckily never had a homeowners claim until now. Hail, of course. I called the 800 claims number and was assigned an adjuster who came out and did a very thorough roof inspection, looking for damage in places I never would think to look. Anyway, he finished about 11 am and by 2 pm I had my first payment direct deposited into my checking account. Payment within 3 hrs!
