For breakfast we serve over stuffed omelets that are hard for even the hearty appetites to finish and we are often told we have the best pancakes around. We make them from a buttermilk mix, and we even make our own blueberry pancakes with real blueberries dropped into the batter as it cooks. Stopped here on our way from Franklin to cooperstown.I must admit...it was the best breakfast I've had in a very long time.We definitely left with full bellies.Our daughter keeps begging us to go back for some more of those HUGE delicious pancakes.Keep up the awesome service.
