Set up an appointment for my mother to see Jackie’s Hideaway place seemed really good mom did not like it gave them a $4500 deposit to hold the room. Since mom did not like it asked for half the deposit back. Never signed any paperwork. Was never told it was a nonrefundable deposit. Owners husband refused to give back any part of a deposit buyer beware!
Very Compassionate Staff and a Wonderful Place.
Jackie’s Hideaway is incredible. They took excellent care of my mother in law for several years. In my opinion, you can not find a better place to care for your loved ones.
This place has the most wonderful caregivers and the owners really treat their residents like family.
