I can't express just how ABOVE and BEYOND our stylists went today. I scheduled my daughter for a child's haircut so she could donate her hair. What should have been a half hour cut ended up taking over two hours due to her hair being very very thick. Special thanks to Sammy, who did a thorough and beautiful job on my daughter's hair. 'Jessica' went above & beyond, providing exactly what I'd wished for, 'Ribbons' of highlights, PLUS a hair cut that was uniquely 'my own,' as it was the combination of about 3 different hair styles! Now who does that? JACKIE RENEE'S does!!! Her Stylists are well-trained, and listen to their customers. Salon prices are tailored to each need, very comparable and competitive to other specialty salons, without price-gouging. *Thanks Jess...I love my haircut & ribbons!
Got my hair cut and colored (balayage) by Krystina yesterday and I'm so happy with it! I have never had professional color done before so I was a little nervous, but she walked me through it all while giving me lots of great hair-care and styling tips. She was really easy and fun to talk to and I really trusted her judgement. Overall, the customer service and atmosphere was great, too...
