Finding a rental is stressful, but with the help of Jackie she made the experience so much easier. Jackie treats everyone like family and one of her own; she genuinely wants what is best for you. She is trustworthy, reliable, timely, and overall great at what she does. I would recommend her to anyone and could go on and on about how great she is. Happy I found a rental but sad because it means I will not be able to work with Jackie anymore :(.
Jackie was amazing! She helped us find an apartment in the most convenient area for work. She was pleasant and kind the whole time. She came in to the city to let me measure the apartment again on one of her days off and was so kind about it! She even met me at work to drop off the keys! She answered all of our questions and got us into the place incredibly fast! Highly recommend!
Jackie was great to work with! She is knowledgeable and professional and was instrumental in navigating a complicated transaction that involved the City of Boston and its many different agencies/representatives. With so many different entities involved in the transaction Jackie funneled pertinent information and was always communicative and "on top" of all of the details.
