I’ve had 3 previous experiences at Jackie Cooper Service after purchasing my 2024 Mercedes 53GLE AMG. The first 2 were good with great customer service & although the pricing was on the higher side it was not unfair & I thought inline with what I would expect from a dealership & receiving perks like a loaner car. However, in Feb 25 I took my AMG in for its A1 service at which time they performed an oil change & replaced an air filter & wiper blades. I am very disappointed at the service department at this dealership. I am new to Tulsa but have dealt with many Mercedes service centers for years and by far Jackie Cooper has been my worst experience. When I first moved here I tried to schedule my car for some services and repairs to be completed, but I had a few questions so I was told by the person scheduling that I would need to speak with a service advisor.
