I just took my Sprinter into their service department, signed nothing, and asked for my airbag cable under the seat to be potentially fixed after discussing the cost. We just purchased a used sprinter motor home. I took it in to have it checked and Max was amazing. He remembered the van and let me know all the service had been done and nothing was needed. Then he took care of a light bulb that was out. I am a customer for life.
