They sold me a defective part and will not warranty or refund money. The told us that we had to return the part to be inspected in order to get another one. We returned the part and now they say That they cannot test the part and that we have to bring the car. They also charged more than the advertised price for the part. In every step of this process they have not done what they said. Mr. ****** ordered a Vin specific DME module. He is a independent mechanic and tried programming the module to the car. Not a surprise that Cooper *** is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Long time *** owner but never ever again. Buyer beware of these shysters. They dont know what they are doing! My car has yet to come back to me repaired! Always a big huge bill but no repairs. They allow your diagnostic technician set your bill so his paycheck is bigger. Terrible dealership! No integrity, honesty or customer service.

They advertise a 3yr unlimited oil package for *** vehicles less then 20 yr old and under ******* milage and I met criteria. When I came back in to get my 1st oil change from 3yr unlimited oil package I purchased, they told me they would change my oil unless I reg price for oil change because at the time I had only driven 10k miles and have to be at 20k miles! ** instead, they just pour oil into my vehicle. My story is too long to explain in full, so I will try to be as brief as possible. I dropped my car off for a basic service, they were an up a immediately needed with the red flag. The total they offered was over $9,000. I took one thing off and it was going to still be close to $6,000. They kept my car over a month, with no updates. <p>************ brought his vehicle in on March 14th 2024 for service work. We did a complete brake job and also inspected the vehicle. ************ did not respond to our text, emails and phone calls for 2 weeks. in our inspection we found multiple items that needed attention. Purchased a 2019 Yukon Denali trading in our 2017 Yukon XL 5 days ago. After owning the 2019 for a day we began notifying dealership this car was not suitable for us. It is dangerous to drive. She did contact us and I told her we would repair the vehicle if there was an issue. They dropped it off and I drove it. It does have an issue and I told her I would repair it. The electronic rear suspension was out. Weve ordered the parts and itll be repaired tomorrow. I also asked ************** if it had driven properly in the beginning would she be happy with the vehicle and she stated yes. The vehicle will be repaired properly and we do not have a return policy. Im not sure why she is still persisting to return it.

BEWARE BAIT & SWITCH SALES SCHEME!!! This is a warning to anyone looking to purchase a new *** from this dealership. They will have you test drive a demo vehicle with all the bells & whistles, while telling you theyve got a car exactly like it in transit to their dealership and take a $1000 deposit, (which they tell you is refundable). It's a shame there's a character limit for this review, the full story has already been posted on this companies google review page. I Wouldn't recommend JCBM to anybody, EVER. This company strong armed me into paying for stuff I didn't want and used shady BS practices to try and get me to lower my initial down payment in order to capitalize on their profits..
