Amazed at the level of service, response time, overall communication received. Jacki and Josh went above and beyond my expectations. Jacki was extremely attentive and helpful through the entire process- accommodating tours while we were in town, helping is gauge the temperature of the market and more. Her help throughout the negotiating and buying process was extremely valued. We loved her attention to detail and her follow through after the sale to offer referrals for handy work. 10/10 would recommend.
As always Jacki’s level of industry knowledge and professionalism was greatly appreciated in finding the right house for our needs. She was very familiar with market conditions in different areas and made sure we didn’t walk blindly into purchasing a house that we may have regretted later. She helped us negotiate a fair price below asking and we closed on time and without issues. Josh and Jackie did a great job guiding me in the right direction and making recommendations of what to focus on that would fulfill my needs. Although my budget was on the lower side of real estate they cared about getting what would suit my needs and were always quick to respond to my questions. I can describe my experience as being a low-end client who received high-end service.
