Inadequate experience, unprofessional and poor representation. I will not name names, but I will state that one should always ask how many years someone has been in business before trying to sell the biggest investement of there life. Next time we all know to check on qualifications before signing on with a realtor.
Sally Goodrich did an outstanding job selling our home. The fact is that she did it in 5 days....again that's five days! Sally knew what she was talking about and did everything that she stated she would do. Being able to trust your agent to make things painless as possible means everything.
