I just spent 48 hrs in a car driving up here with 4 animals, to find out the day I arrived the house I am buying has a gas leak. I was not notified at all until I arrived to this town. And had to find a hotel last minute with no money. And my real estate agent and the real estagent of the seller didn't give a care in the world. ******* blamed me for everything. They are related to the purchasing party and many attempts were made to contact the purchasing party and the complainant to alert them to this issue. </p><p>It also needs mentioned that the property has not yet closed and therefor the purchaser of the property as of this writing does not own the property.
