Contacted Jack Ward Plumbing on Friday, set an appointment for Monday. Plumber called ahead Monday a.m., arrived on time, was courteous and very helpful. Asked him to do more than I originally requested and he was happy to do so. He fixed the problem and was very helpful with checking other issues that I was concerned about underneath the house. He also cleaned up after the job was done. Great job! I highly recommend Jack Ward Plumbing.
