HORRIBLE!! 1st “plumber” did nothing to solve three different issues. Did not recognize a Delta faucet. Charged $170 with plan to order back flow rebuild kit & install a few days later. 2nd plumber shows up a few days later knowing nothing about rebuild kit. Gets cartridge for Delta faucet, which 1st guy left improperly rebuilt. It no longer dropped from faucet, but 1st guy screwed up something under cabinet so new water leak caused damage to the cabinet. 2nd guy got kit & rebuilt the back flow. 3rd guy shows up and fixes th... read more
Apparently the $220 solution to water coming through the ceiling downstairs and my plumbing issue was a little caulk and a paper towel wedging a piece of trim in place because it "wouldn't stay where it was supposed to for some reason" instead of finding and fixing the reason it wouldn't stay in place. Super cool. Glad it took all day for me to earn the money I wasted on their visit.

Would not recommend....not sure what this guys deal is but he almost caused numerous wrecks while driving then stopped at the light to cuss me out. Wow.
Derek and Alex provided great service today. They called when they were on their way, informed us of everything going on, and made recommendations and provided pricing that was fair and reasonable. They cleaned up all of their workspace when they were finished and were very sweet to our dogs. This is the 2nd time we have used Jack Ward & Sons and I would use Derek (and his apprentice Alex) again for sure!
I use jack ward for all my construction projects. Will and hector are fantastic- very thoughtful and clean. They take a lot of pride I. Their work and pay attention to the little details which is exactly what my clients want!

I contacted Jack Ward & Sons Plumbing because my bathroom sink and tub were draining slowly. Derek came to my house and in less than two hours he had me all fixed up. He was very nice and he informed me of everything that he was doing. He charged me a very reasonable price and he cleaned everything up when he was done. When he left I was very pleased with his work. I have used Jack Ward & Sons multiple times and I have always been pleased with the service that I have received. Thanks for the great service, Cindy
