Never returned my phone call.
I had an emergency leak on Saturday and these guys not only didn't answer their phone, but haven't called back even five days later. Useless in an emergency. I had A&E do the job instead.
We cannot recommned Wallace plumbing highly enough. Their work was excellent, their communication very professional and honest, and their patience greatly appreciated. Our new build was small and beset by major pandemic, supply chain and design change issues and then mother nature. The Wallace team was very responsive and reliable and the work was top notch. We really appreciate the service.
Amazing company I will definitely use them in the future. While visiting my elderly father, I noticed there was a leak in the ice maker hose as well as a shut off valve downstairs behind the washer on Thursday night. I called Wallace Plumbing on Friday morning and left a message, and had an immediate call back! I explained the situation of the leaks + old galvanized pipes, and by 10:30 am they had two great workers come out.
