Jack the Roofer did an excellent job on our roof replacement. Patrick was so helpful with the whole process. He met with 2 insurance adjusters and was involved with every step of the process. When we had additional questions, Patrick responded immediately. Would highly recommend using JTR for your next roofing project.
Absolutely 100% recommend this company and specifically Catherine. I sent in an inquiry and got a response that day and they were out looking at it that afternoon. Catherine was so efficient. They arrived and photographed all the spots of concern but one was critical as the flue over the furnace had been damaged. With all the upcoming rain, offered to fix it and got it done immediately. Highly encourage anyone getting solicited by unknown companies to go with a proven performer who resides in our community permanently.
Jack the Roofer and specifically Patrick helped me get a new roof. My insurance company denied the claim and Patrick came out and walked the roof with my insurance company and got the claim approved. I am so appreciative for their help with this. They are professional but also pay attention to all the little details and are always available for any concerns you have. HIGHLY recommend them for any roofing needs you may have.

We needed a complete roof replacement of our original 47 year old tile roof. We also had an attic fan and new gutters with leaf guards installed. Jack the Roofer offered a fair price, worked within our busy summer schedule, and took care of everything from start to finish. They always returned texts/phone calls immediately and both the roofing crew and gutter subcontractor were prompt, professional, and courteous. Would highly recommend!
