My engagement ring is absolutely exquisite! Ruth, Caroline, and company made a ring that exceeded my expectations. The artistry, proportion, and attention to detail would impress Picasso. :) I'm still amazed at the perfection of their work. The only problem is I'm spending most of my day staring at my left hand when I need to be planning a wedding. :) Thank you for making the perfect ring for me!

Hi.... My name is christine Taylor ... I visited yr store in Royal St New Orleans about 2 or 3 weeks ago and I tried on a ring... It was a vintage Cartier gold band which I tried in and loved ..... My dad was with me and talked me out of it.. Now I can't stop thinking about it.. The thing is .. Had great service from the entire team at Jack Sutton. They even gave us some great restaurant recommendations. And my earrings.... well they and nothing short of stunning! I've shown them off a bit in New Orleans, but can't wait to make people jealous of them in Philly!
Find another jeweler. I experienced poor customer service from the owners, including unreturned phone calls and no follow-through. They're only interested in the sale. AVOID.
