Customer Service in the sales department is beyond horrid.

Just purchased a 2015 Toyota certified Rav 4. Jeff Klieger was our salesman and did a great job to make the purchase easy and un-pressured . Bought the car on Saturday and picked up Monday evening. I picked up my 2020 Tacoma yesterday from Michelle Casciotti and despite going into hock for a long time it was a thoroughly enjoyable exercise and I enjoyed it very much. The only reason I am giving Michelle 5 stars is because I can't give her 6. She pushed herself to make sure the i's were dotted and the t's were crossed so that I would get out of there in a timely fashion without making me feel rushed.

We stopped there yesterday without any intentions of getting a new car. The Salesman Brad Rutter was wonderful. We had a bad experience with the place we stopped before going here. He was polite and sweet. He was very knowledgeable. He wouldn’t even take his lunch until we were done with everything. He got me everything I wanted plus some. I highly recommend him for everyone’s vehicle needs or wants.
