I made an appointment on Saturday, May 9th with these folks at Jack Schmitt Ford to buy a vehicle we saw online. We were ready to go out Saturday and purchase the vehicle but were told due to COVID-19 it was not business as usual and had to make an appointment, so we did for Monday, May 11th..Admittedly so we were about 10 minutes late for our appointment and they sold the vehicle to a person to whom a woman who works there told us it was sold to someone who 'Walked In', did not have an appointment!! Not a good place to shop. There website shows cars on there they don’t even have on their lot. Yet their salespeople will contact you to come in to test drive an imaginary car.
Alex helped us purchase a Ram truck and we couldn’t be happier. Great service and nice guy to talk to. He handled a unexpected small issue we had very well. Even the manager was great! Honest and people with integrity and we are happy to give our buisness to them!

Had one of the best car buying experiences ever at Jack Schmitt Ford in Collinsville. Alex Garcia and Sales Manager John "J.R." Reilly found the vehicle I wanted in a couple of days, exactly the way I wanted it, and for a good and easily agreed upon price. No waiting for hours for an answer, no bull in the fiance department with Paul. Straight forward, excellent service that turned a process that I was dreading into a fun experience.
I recently traded in my 2007 Fusion Titanium Hybrid for the 2020 version and am very pleased. Jack Schmitt was able to find exactly what I was looking, even down to a color preference. I was very impressed with the ease of the entire process and Alex was extremely supportive and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly.
