Everything was fantastic with my experience. With all the Covid restrictions in place, I picked out my car online. By the time I got to the dealership, Alex had everything in place for me to test the car, sign papers and then be out the door in just over an hour. Everyone was polite, kind, and professional. I’ll continue to come here to use Alex and the service department for all my future car needs!
Do NOT go here. I am very unhappy with the service center at Jack Schmitt Ford. I brought my Ranger there a few days ago to just have them look at it because it’s making a clunking noise in the rear. I was told it would be $100 for them to look at it. They called and told me my suspension was shot. I decided not to have repairs done because they quoted $2600 for the repair. On a side note it doesn’t cost that to replace leaf springs and shackles. I just had my whole suspension fixed for a few hundred dollars. I arrived and r... read more
