This is a 62+ community that looks like a nursing home. Half the residents should be in assisted living facilities, but their families can’t afford it so they linger here. If you’re in your 60’s and active, this is the last place you’d want to live. It’s depressing seeing all your neighbors wander the halls with walkers, wheelchairs, etc. The noise levels are ridiculous and the walls are hollow allowing you the delight of hearing the toilet flush in surrounding apartments.
