Will never go here again. Lady that manages the bays needs an attitude adjustment. If you hate your job lady.....QUIT!!! Took four side by side tires on 14” rims (light truck tires) in to be balanced. I knew there was a chance that they couldn’t be done but I was asking them to give it a try. They flat out refused. If I am offering to pay you to try, why would you turn me away? Sad. I had great experiences here until now. Will find someone else.
I stopped by Jack’s to get a tire repair done on my way to work; the nail that was found in my tire had entered the sidewall and damaged it beyond repair. The tire, less than a year old, would need replaced. Instead of trying to sell a new tire to me, they mounted one of their spares on my rim so I could get to the shop that I bought the tires from...SAFELY. We were traveling though on our way to Cincinnati. We experienced a flat tire as we pulled off to get gas. Thankfully this shop was right up the road. They had our tire patched up and us back on the road in less than 20 minutes!
I had a tire blow out close to Jack's. Having been there before, I knew I would be treated kindly and fair. It went way beyond that. The staff was beyond accommodating, got me right in, and got me on my way. They were kind and compassionate on a day I needed it the most. My family will not go anywhere else. This is why I shop local. These guys are simply the best. Thank you!
