almost cost me severe health issue by being petty and using his staff to make up lies or accusations. then telling people my private discussions w his staffer. he wasn't even professional enough to call me personally about issue.

I have been seeing Dr. Route for over 3 years and just recently had surgery. He truly listens to his patients and explains everything in terms that you can understand. He has such a gentle demeanor and has a very calming effect. I have sent him several portal messages since having surgery and he responds very quickly every time. I highly recommend Dr. Route.
