Good Deals This small store has everything you need in appliances.It's on South Tacoma Way,just off 48th street.If they don't have it the staff can order it for you,and you still get a great deal!
Jack Roberts Appliance - Shoreline, WA Please be aware of this place, staff is nice and kind in the beginning until you buy the appliance you need and then you are on your own. Things don't work like what they are made to and any dissatisfaction or defect will cost you 20%, no buts and ifs. Staff is very knowledgeable in making the sells and then they could care less. My recommendation would be Costco, Home Depot, or Lowes, as if the thing doesn't work at least you can take it back. I was told if it doesn't work sell it on C... read more

owner does not care Bought a new washer and dryer came dented wrong model,owner would not reduce price,or correct he is very rude.Said go buy at some other store.I have bought there before old staff has quit. The old manager big mike always took care of our family he cared. I do not think this store will stay open much longer.Other appliance stores can get better prices my family has always bought here not now.
Not good customer care! I will not do business with this store again. They were lovely when we were making our purchase, but neglected to tell us that if we purchased the pedestals for our washer and dryer elsewhere there would be an additional $250 charge. Then insisted we had not told them we were going to do this. We had, in fact, had a long conversation about it. We ended up having to do the install ourselves. We could have made other arrangements - or purchased the whole set elsewhere - if we had known. Taking good care... read more
