If I could rate this NO stars then I would. My insurance company dispatched them to come out because I got locked out of the truck. I cancelled it no more than 10 minutes after the call (the wait was only 45 minutes) due to a work emergency. The man that was supposed to come left very ugly and nasty voicemails on my phone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
Nick came and changed the tire on our truck. He let us know he was on his way and he was on time. He was very courteous and respectful.
i’ve been dispatched Jack Rabbit USA two times on two different occasions by Geico. Please update your telephone number your customers are angry because they keep calling the wrong business
Worst business ever. Waited over an hour for them to come just for them to lie and say they “couldn’t find” me.They never tried to. My insurance company tried to get ahold of them for 40 minutes and they never answered nor came to help. I ended up being stranded for a total of 3 hours. This makes me not wanna pay for road side assistance!Jack rabbit sucks completely.
