I had a blowout on Chapman highway I called Jack rabbit towing because it was referred by my roadside roadside assistance they told me that it would be a 45-minute writing. So I went ahead and paid $89 that took it off my debit card an hour hour or so later no one had shown up to assist me no one had answer the phone again I was tired I just got off work so I went ahead and cancelled you know the $89 payment cuz no one was there to help. I had a flat tire on the highway, so I pulled over and called my roadside assistance, who called the Jack Rabbit. They (Jack Rabbit) called me to confirm that they were on their way, and would reach me in 15 minutes. I waited and waited, with a crying toddler in the car and the evening getting darker and darker. They never arrived. I called them, and nobody answered the phone. I left a message that was ignored. They didn't tell me or my roadside assistance that they were not coming, they just didn't show up.
