After filling out all the forms at my 1st initial visit to Dr. Mercke, including insurance details, I was eventually seen by him to set up a treatment plan. I was informed how much I would have to pay and the amount my insurance -Aetna- would pay. About a month later I called to set up an appointment to commence work on the treatment plan, and was given a date . I came here for a routine cleaning and I'm never coming back. The hygienist insisted I get an oral cancer screening even though I have none of the risk factors ( a waste of $40). The worst part was that the dentist, Jack R Mercke, said that I need invisalign or my teeth are all going to have issues in 20 years. I have gone to the dentist my entire life and have never been told this before. I told him that and his response was "they don't know what they're looking for".
