Very Quick response. Had screening installed to keep rodents out of our chimney. Excellent service. My only negative was that I thought his fee was a little bit high but I would definitely use him again.
They performed a clean and inspection because I just purchased a home. I knew the condition of the chimney and fireplace because my inspector already informed me, but these individuals told me I needed a cap for the chimney so I agreed to purchase one from him for a petty amount of cash,I felt like they COULD'VE gave me a new one because I was showed what a cap looked and he put that same used cap up there, so I figured hey see you later!!!

The cap was new but dusty for sitting around at the shop...I think $185 for a stainless steel cap with a lifetime warranty was a good deal...all of my other customers were happy with them.
Great customer service, over the phone and in the home.
Very impressed when he called me to tell me he would be 10 minutes late and he was actually on time! Took pictures of our chimney to show me what needed to be done. Fireplace did not need cleaning so only charged for the inspection. VERY professional and nice man. Waiting for him to do the repair work which is weather dependent so did not give him 5 stars until the work is completed..
Kept the place clean; very efficient. Nice guy.
