Glen was very professional and kept things clean. Also, knowing I was trying to save money, he stuck to the basic job without trying to sell me anything else. He did notice some other issues that should be addressed in the spring. Since Glen does other work besides chimneys, I showed him two other projects in my house. He gave me estimates for both, but for one, he suggested an alternative that I could probably do myself and showed me how (which I did, saving me money on the part and labor). I hired Jack of all Trades. I put in my request, and he called right away. He did an excellent, meticulous job on cleaning and inspecting my fireplace. His service was very professional. Without question I would recommend him.
My repair is finally done and Jack of All Trades did a fine job.....they were professional and prompt....a rarity today.....and didn't try to oversell what needed to be done. I would heartily recommend them.
