I encountered the most unprofessional staff i have ever seen. Waiting room was filthy. I walked out so i can not rate the doctor. Just the desk staff acting badly and laughing.
Dr. Brian Chan is an amazing doctor. My family has been seeing him for a couple of years now and he always explains everything thoroughly. The receptionist named Elaine was also super nice and respectful to my grandma when we visited this morning. The wait times can be long to see the doctor but it’s understandable as there are a lot of patients.
