Deserves zero stars. Apparently, your medical file and you as a patient gets deactivated if you "don't go to see the doctor every year" and zero communique/warning is issued around this ridiculous policy. Staff member on the phone is laughing as I'm conveying my concerns to her. What a joke of a clinic. Zero empathy and compassion for people at this completely useless clinic. Thank goodness I've secured a spot with another Family Physician and clinic where they actually treat people with respect. This place deserves to be sh... read more

The Clinic shows as being opened but it’s closed today, Sunday. Dragging patients to visit for nothing is so unprofessional. Nothing but bad reviews you read about this place.
