Deserves zero stars. Apparently, your medical file and you as a patient gets deactivated if you "don't go to see the doctor every year" and zero communique/warning is issued around this ridiculous policy. Staff member on the phone is laughing as I'm conveying my concerns to her. What a joke of a clinic. Zero empathy and compassion for people at this completely useless clinic. The Clinic shows as being opened but it’s closed today, Sunday. Dragging patients to visit for nothing is so unprofessional. Nothing but bad reviews you read about this place.
One of the worst medical centers ever, the current employee does not deal in a professional manner and does not speak politely. He humiliates patients and completely ignores them and does not give much importance to the reason they have given them, as well as verbal hostility in dealing. This place is totally inappropriate and undesirable. The administrators of this medical center are kindly requested to take this comment into consideration in order to preserve the safety and health of all patients.
