Beautiful, and fun.
A spectacular landmark in oakland.
Don't know about today but back in the day, (1965) I remember it being so much fun. five years old and going to the last chance saloon with Mom and dad. It rocked because I was allowed to go inside. Glorious day on tour of San Francisco Bay, a beautiful yacht with Mary and Cheryl!that was better than the reunion!

Until the Open Studios show at the Market Hall, I had no idea how cool the Square had become (I'm from inland). This is a lovely, lively place to eat and walk the boardwalk and enjoy some fun events, too.
