Love Jack London Square, visit year round, take #AmtrakCalifornia, walk one block. Great for people watching, food, live music, spending the evening. Great Farmers Market. The Plank is cool.
Fun little Square. Lot of little shops to explore, yet have some pretty fun venues time to time.

The Plank is an awesome restaurant, farmers market, swap meet, catch the Ferry to the city.... but sure you get off at pier 39,41 unless your going to the Giants game.
Good for young people to have fun
