I had my yearly maintenance performed on my heater yesterday. Josiah was my technician. He did an excellent job and explained everything to me in an easy-to-understand manner. He was very professional and thorough.
Dishonest service company Tech added refrigerant and didn’t document. When I asked them to document was told they recovered what they added which is a total BS as I was with tech whole time and he told me he wasn’t going to remove or recover. So they can not be trusted, tech is dishonest and not a company I want working at my house!
