Como ser humano poco empático, como doctor apenas conecta con el paciente a pesar que habla bien el inglés y el español, como cirujano hizo u trabajo estupendo. No somos perfecto.
La atención por el equipo de oficina fue excelente, el Dr, muy amable me expresó su criterio acerca de mi padecimiento y la decisión final fue una cirugía la cual estaré programando para los próximos meses, gracias a todos por su atención y apoyo mi calificación es de 5 estrellas
I had a surgery with DR Klem and want to thank the staff and Vanessa for helping me with everything.
I have great respect for Dr. Klem as a person and surgeon. He originally did a 2 vertebrae fusion on my lumbar spine over 10 years ago and I had a perfect outcome. I now have developed a further age related (80) degeneration in my spine. Corrective surgery is scheduled with Dr. Klem in a few weeks. That should say it all.
