I took my car in for a repair. The item that I took it in for was not repaired. The repair was more also than what I was quoted over the phone. They found a screw in my tire and did not call me about nor did they repair it. I contacted them the following day and they stopped responding about my complaints. I stopped by and the service manager said he would call me. I missed his call and called him back in under 5 minutes and he is now gone for the day. RecommendedThree weeks ago, coming from Ga. to check on mom, I blew out a tire on I-75. Grant gave me a great deal on a new tire for my Escape. This past weekend, my daughter drove up to visit my mom, and had a major car problem. My family and I were looking for a more reliable vehicle than the little town car I had especially with a big move soon. We went in knowing exactly what we were looking for but not entirely positive we would walk out with a deal that day. There is no other dealership I would go to for purchasing my new car. My family and I keep coming back because they offer the best deals, fair trade in values, and the best customer service. Good customer service weren’t to pushy
When I told the Salesman, Greg Donahoe, what I was looking for, he showed me immediately what I wanted. He worked with me and gave me excellent trade value for my other F150. I bought my new F150 that day and am loving it! Lee Griffith, Business Manager was a joy to work with also. All around a great experience and I recommend them.
