Dr. MIDDLEBROOKS has seen my husband for many years as his PCP so he convinced me to come see him. He’s amazing & his injections are painless! He’s a total pro. I was super comfortable & I’m usually anxious at the Dr. so I have to just put that out there since the whole experience was very good.
Great doctor, incredible bedside manner. Takes the time to talk thru everything with you so you are comfortable. His staff is awesome also. Has as had great referrals for specialists.
I have been seeing Dr. Middlebrooks for over 3 years now. He is very caring, listens and thorough in finding solutions and care. I never feel rushed when I see him.
He has been my primary care for many years & we are on same wave length so far my health issues are concerned being an octogenarian!I had this lingering issue w/ TMJ condition and referred specialist was not responding in timely fashion & needed help from Dr Middlebrook! He got to the bottom of things and I am looking forward to next stage. While in office got my flu shot.So far so good!

Dr. Middlebrooks has been my doctor for several years. He is genuine cares for your well being. Does not just stop by to do a few things and go. He takes the time to explain what’s going on with my medication and exams. I highly recommend him as a physical.
