Dr. Jack Middlebrooks spent ample time with me to answer all my questions. Last year there were a few very significant findings at my annual exam. I wanted to be sure this was a thorough exam. He went through my blood test data in great detail. I felt very confident that the physical exam was thorough.
He has been my husband’s primary since a child and we base our insurance on him because he is the best. He takes his time and truly cares about his patients. I recently have gone to see him and he does his best to accommodate and listen too all your problems. I trust him and would recommend to family and friends.
Dr. Middlebrooks has been my husband's primary care physician for a couple of years. My husband's case is challenging, and Dr. Middlebrooks works hard to make sure everything is covered and every option explored. He goes the extra mile to communicate with other doctors who have seen my husband, and check with the utilization department about getting us outside referrals.
