Superb food and excellent service! I'm so glad to see a Thai restaurant in Findlay, and I plan to visit it often.
My first visit to Jack and Jin. Tried the Pad Thai with Chicken (medium heat) and it was soooo good!! Also had 2 egg rolls and they were very good also! My waitress was very helpful and very cheerful. I will definitely be back!!
Today was my first time at Jack and Jin's and I was not disappointed. The spring rolls are delicious! It's now my new favorite restaurant in Findlay and can't wait to come back!

Worst restaurant experience I've ever had. The online menu prices do not match the in-store prices. I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up they attempted to charge me an extra five dollars. I talked to a gentleman on the phone afterwards and explained the situation and he gave me A speech about ethics and that I was accusing them of stealing money and said I shouldn't be concerned about three or four dollars. They clearly don't value their customers. Horrible customer service and unethical business practices.
